Here are the facts, their interpretation, and conclusion of my argument. Based on input from others, I will reshape this argument to include any improvements I may have left out. Please add your own comments and reasoning.

1. Whether by accident or design, China had a virus that infected their population, and the virus can be used as a weapon, most especially if they can control the virus by cure or other means, in the same way poisoning both yourself and another only kills your enemy if you have the antidote and they do not. Killing off a small part of their population is an advantage to the CCP, in an overpopulated country like China. They also may have proceeded thinking they could, but then lost control. This is a nation formed by Sun Tzu, and this probability is absolutely in character, and cannot be discounted.

2. In addition to all other advantages, the most critical is that China knew that infecting the US would mobilize our medicine to produce a cure, which they knew would be given to them, like a patient infecting another person, to motivate them to save both of them.

3. China favors a democratic administration that will eliminate tariffs and return the trade war advantage to themselves.

4. China made a considered decision to conceal the infection from the US for several months, thereby deliberately transferring the infection to us.

5. China has power over the W.H.O.

6. At the critical moment they were shaping the media's vocabulary, and by extension the United States', The W.H.O. deliberately deceived the world about this not being a SARS virus, for reasons they specifically say was to benefit China.

7. China timed the apex of the epidemic into a time of year that disrupts elections.

8. China timed the apex of the epidemic to occur directly before they make their first payment of 25% on a $250 billion dollar trade deal arranged by Trump, forestalling any retaliation.

9. This particular type of attack offers plausible deniability that a direct attack does not, which forestalls retaliation.

10. China knew that a viral attack would spread throughout our Navy, which gives them a tactical advantage in their push to extend their borders and overpower others. China has been building their Navy at an incredible rate over the last decade for this purpose, and crippling our Navy in a plausibly deniable way that forestalls retaliation benefits them enormously.

INTERPRETATION:

There is no chance that China sat on this information for months accidentally, or in the heat of the moment spanning four months, so it was a TACTICAL DECISION to do so. The benefit of doing so is entirely on the side of the Chinese. It gets them our medical community providing them a cure, it offers the possibility of returning our nation to Democrat control by disrupting elections and inflicting chaos on a Republican administration directly before an election, and by extension, offers a possibility at eliminating the tariffs imposed by Trump, and returns the advantage in our trade war back to them. By deliberately and tactically inflicting our nation with an epidemic, and depending on how effectively we manage it, they have either killed off MANY TIMES more civilians than soldiers have been killed in all wars in our nation's history, or, in the best case scenario, more than 10 out of the 12 major wars in our history, many times the bodycount of 9/11, and more than the entire combined bodycount of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. China had the ways, means, and power to prevent this, they deliberately chose not to, for their own benefit, and our own detriment.

CONCLUSION:

China deliberately and tactically inflicted our nation with a virus at benefit to themselves and at our catastrophic loss of life. They did so as a deliberate and considered attack, they did so for profit, and they did so in cold blood, with malice aforethought.
