Regardless of what the Fake News Media says, the 2020 election has not been decided.
And he just threatened a lawsuit that would put him in the White House tomorrow.
President Donald Trump and his legal team are working to ensure that there are no improprieties in the vote count.
There is a lot of evidence that some states that the Fake News Media has called for Joe Biden are rampant with fraud.
Evidence of dead people voting, improper ballots, and Trump votes being thrown out cast a lot of doubt on the official numbers.
Not to mention that states like Georgia are starting complete hand recounts that could drastically change the outcome of the election.
While all of this is going on, Joe Biden is claiming to be President-elect, and attempting to begin his transition into the White House.
The only problem with that plan is that the Trump White House is not allowing him to make it official, as the election has not actually been decided yet.
The General Services Administration (GSA) is not allowing Biden to have access to $6.3 million in funding for the transition, along with preventing him from accessing classified information and security clearances or background checks for potential cabinet nominees.
If the election is to be certified in Biden’s favor, he will get that funding, but until then he doesn’t have access to it, as the election could go to Trump if his legal challenges uncover fraud.
Biden is furious at this, and officials close to him are now threatening legal action.
“There’s a number of levers on the table and all options are certainly available,” a Biden transition official told reporters, adding that legal action is “certainly a possibility.”
This isn’t the first time that GSA has made a similar move.
In 2000, the GSA’s determination was delayed until December 13, until the end of the Florida recount.
If Biden is to sue and win, it would be unprecedented, as he would gain access to the White House for his transition far before the election was completely determined.
He is desperate to make it appear as though he is the undisputed winner in order to delegitimize efforts for fair counts, discounting those calling for recounts as sore losers.
