SEARCH S01E01: THE MURROW DISAPPEARANCE (1972)

Practically unknown today, SEARCH was a television series that aired on the NBC broadcast network Wednesday nights at 10:00 PM Eastern Time. The show featured special agents working for World Securities Corporation who were linked by electronic communication implants to a computer system and personnel that monitored their progress on dangerous missions.

Entertaining but now rather dated, SEARCH starred Hugh O'Brian, Doug McClure, Tony Franciosa, and Burgess Meredith.

In this Series Premiere, originally aired on 13 September 1972, a mysterious individual known only as "Saratoga" hires Probe Division to investigate a State Department official's disappearance.
