The Supreme Court just handed down a ruling that could spell the end of Big Tech censorship in America
The entire Radical Left is waging an all-out war on conservative speech in America, with Big Tech censoring anyone who speaks out against the Democrats’ socialist agenda.
But that may not be the case for much longer.
Because the Supreme Court just handed down a ruling that could spell the end of Big Tech censorship in America.
Furthermore, Justice Thomas opined that Section 230, which grants Big Tech immunity from lawsuits, may also violate the First Amendment.
Of course, this is what conservatives have been arguing for the past two years about Big Tech censorship.
The response from the Left about any concerns over Big Tech censorship of conservatives has always been that it’s the right of the private sector to conduct business however it sees fit.
But the issue is that these social media companies are marketing their platforms as unbiased and blind to political opinions.
In practice, however, the social media companies – especially Twitter – end up violating their own terms of service just to censor conservatives and later “review” the cases of censorship and admit they are mistakes, or outright change their policies to get away with it.
And now it appears that Clarence Thomas and other conservative Justices are looking for cases to rein in Big Tech for its ideologically-motivated censorship of conservative speech.
